Since 1997, Windfall Lumber has been making beautiful, sustainably sourced products for our customer's projects.
In December 1996 an infamous ice storm downed acres of trees in the Pacific NW. In response, four wood-and-waste-not minded friends purchased a portable mill turning the downed timber into lumber for people across the region. Thus, Windfall Lumber got its start.
Since then Windfall has changed in size and breadth. We manufacture cladding, panels, tables, stair treads and other inspired fabrications which are installed in corporate offices, multi-family, education and hospitality interiors. And, we continue to make our products with reclaimed, salvaged and FSC® certified wood. Making appealing, well designed and sustainably sourced products remains our core intention.
The majority of our products are FSC certified.
Many of our products are made from solid and glue laminated beams taken from deconstructed buildings in the region. We mill the wood into our products, create the textures and patinas, and end with low and no-VOC stains and finishes. Windfall Lumber makes beautiful, repeatable and dependable products for your projects.
